Benny’s Tacos Accessibility Statement
Updated: July 2026

General

Benny’s Tacos is committed to ensuring that bennystacos.com is accessible to all visitors, including those who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology. We believe that every person has the right to access information and services with dignity and independence.

Our Commitment

Benny’s Tacos has engaged Pointed Services to conduct a comprehensive accessibility audit of bennystacos.com and to remediate identified issues in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This work is ongoing and includes both automated scanning and manual testing across all pages of the site.

Current Status

We are actively working through a prioritized list of accessibility improvements. Issues have been identified, documented, and are being resolved in phases, beginning with those that present the greatest impact to users of assistive technology. We are committed to completing this remediation and maintaining ongoing compliance going forward.

Known Limitations

Some areas of the site are still in the process of being updated. We are working to resolve all identified issues as quickly as possible. Online ordering is powered by Toast, a third-party platform, whose accessibility is the responsibility of that provider.
